After a career in a major bank, several years in an international firm and then in a human-sized practice, LS Conseil was born of a choice: to keep the technical rigour acquired along the way, without the intermediaries that come with it.
The firm supports self-employed professionals, business owners and SMEs across French-speaking Switzerland in accounting, tax, audit and business advisory, with particular attention to limited statutory examination engagements and to France–Switzerland cross-border situations.
Every file is followed from the first exchange to the signature of the report by the same person. Nothing is delegated to a junior, nothing is subcontracted. That balance is the firm's promise:

A first step in a leading bank. A Bachelor's degree in business economics, finance option, at HEIG-VD — a generalist course covering finance as much as marketing, strategy or human resources: an overall view of the business, before specialisation. Then a Master in Accounting, Control and Finance at HEC Lausanne, several years in an international firm, and a period in a human-sized practice.
To this are added the two qualifications on which the firm rests: the accounting expertise — certified accounting expert, Swiss CPA — and the audit licence granted by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority.
This diversity is not a detour, it is an asset: it makes it possible to read every file as a whole — finance, organisation, strategy — where others see only accounts.
