What this site does not do

• No advertising or tracking cookie is set. The only cookie used remembers the language you have chosen, and nothing else.
• No audience-measurement tool is installed — neither Google Analytics nor any equivalent.
• Fonts are served from our own domain. Your browser therefore contacts no third-party server when displaying this page.
• No profiling, no automated decision-making.

The contact form

When the form is active, the information you enter — name, email address, subject and message — is used solely to process your request. It is sent by email to our mailbox, without being recorded in a database: the site keeps neither the content of the message, nor your IP address, nor the timestamp of your visit.

The message received is kept in our mailbox for the time needed to process the request and to meet any retention obligations, then deleted.

Your choice of language

This site is published in nine languages. The cookie named “langue” stores only the code of the one you have chosen, so that you are not asked again at every visit. It contains no identifier, allows no tracking, and is passed to no one. Refusing or deleting it does not prevent you from reading the site: the language is then deduced from the preferences declared by your browser.

Booking an appointment

The booking button opens Cal.com, a scheduling service operated by Cal.com, Inc. (United States). The data you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) is processed by that operator, under its own terms and privacy policy. As this processing involves a transfer of data to the United States, it is governed by the safeguards Cal.com applies to such transfers (standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy mechanism). From this service we receive only the information necessary to hold the appointment.

Professional secrecy

The information you entrust to us in the context of an engagement is covered by our duty of confidentiality. It is passed to a third party only on your instruction, or where the law requires it.

If you live in the European Union

If you live in the European Union and contact us in connection with our work for France–Switzerland cross-border workers, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply in addition to the Swiss FADP. In that case you have the same rights as those described below, together with the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).

You may request access to the data concerning you, its rectification or its deletion, and object to its processing. Write to us at contact@ls-fidurev.ch.

You also have a right of recourse to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (PFPDT), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern — www.edoeb.admin.ch.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Any technical logs kept by the host are governed by its own policy. As this hosting involves a transfer of data to the United States, it is covered by the safeguards Vercel applies to such transfers (standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy mechanism). The host is also identified in the legal notice.
