Regarding the role of statutory auditor

A limited statutory examination, carried out with a qualification that goes further.

The founder

Licensed audit expert (experte-réviseure agréée), ASR

The highest level of accreditation in Switzerland, allowing both the ordinary audit and the limited statutory examination.

The firm

Licensed auditor (réviseur agréé)

Authorised to carry out the limited statutory examination of annual accounts, within the meaning of art. 727a CO.

A deliberate choice: to make high-level expertise accessible to SMEs, rather than reserving it for large organisations. Every engagement remains conducted under the responsibility of an audit expert qualified for the ordinary audit, the highest level of qualification recognised by Swiss audit law.
